Love the guys here and the project manager Peter. My Security Tech has consistently executed prompt, professional service installing security alarm system at our shop. We had MY Tech USA Security install a camera security system in our 10 unit apartment building in Queens and they did an amazing job. Every one we had contact with was very professional with Jeff in particular. They were always easy to get a hold of and very knowledgeable of where to install the cameras. They took the time to make sure the system was installed as neatly as possible which was very important to us. Jeff was very helpful and cost mindful for us when deciding on the system. He listened to our concerns about appearance and did an amazing job. He was patient with explaining how to work the system as I’m not very computer friendly. Jeff and the crew showed up when they said they would be there and kept me notified when there was a slight delay due to the equipment I wanted had to be ordered. We totally would use MY Tech USA Security again and would highly recommend them!

Security System was installed by the highly skilled, professional, detail oriented, and meticulous Hugo who did an amazing job. He took his time to pre-check all sensors individually to make sure they all functioned properly and communicated with the control panel. Also, before he moved on with the job he convinced us that moving the current panel from the laundry room to the hallway was the right thing to do. Even though this move means more work for him, he did the right thing and didn’t rush his job. I could really tell he wants us to get the best system. Since we had paint he came back a couple of days later to touch up the wall for us. During the patch and paint he did a clean job and really did not rush things. When he installed the sensors in all the windows, Hugo made sure he installed the magnet and sensor in the most concealing way possible and this took time. I have seen in my friend home in Long Beach where it was installed at the bottom of the window and it looks so obvious and eye sore. However, in our home Hugo took his time to install and check it to make sure they all functioned properly and at the same time it is aesthetically good. Hugo was respectful of our home, in the process of installation he identified a dead cable wire and removed it for us. Also, after the installation Hugo took his time to walk me through the functions of the control panel. Again he didn’t rush the session. Hugo made sure I understood how to operate the system. Thank you!!!! If you are going with MY Tech USA for your security needs you will not be disappointed by the service.

I can tell you that MY Tech can do things others can’t. I was aware of the fact that it is not going to be an easy project. When 3 different companies try to brush you off when you keep asking for a quote, it means that this job is not for everybody. So when I did meet with Craig of MY Tech, I got a quote right away. It wasn’t cheap, but I was happy that I found someone who is willing to do it. And this is what I got: The job done by experts, and done right.

Yes, they can do magic. They were able to bring back our intercom system after it has been down for over a month. Not sure what they did, but when in your mind you are ready to pay thousands of dollars for a new system, and ending paying couple hundreds, that means a lot.

Such wonderful technicians working in this company. I needed service on Thanksgiving and it was an easy to get service goes all other companies were closed. But it was kind of meadow of emergency since our access Control door did not open and we needed it to work before we can leave for the holiday dinner. They came they worked hard and they made sure things are working again. Thanks so much for coming on Thanksgiving I really appreciate it.

Only when James told me that he will be at our office to repair the access control today I could breath again lol. The last thing I needed was to go on thanks giving with a broken access control. So not just James fixed the access control, he also made our video intercom work again after almost a year. BEST SERVICE YOU WILL FIND!

Saved us a lot of money by order, deliver and install parts that we almost gave up on finding. We looked everywhere for that receiver, and all told us that it cannot be found. But MY Tech USA found it and installed it. Our security system is working again! Thank you Sean and Gilbert for a job well done.
