Good equipment, good techs. Security cameras cables were run through my attics and connected to the their security box in the room where the my Cable tv and hard wired phone systems come into my house. They we’re pleased that I had attics so they could easily run their cables throughout my house to their security cameras. They brought everything together in the room where everything else is located. But, they tangled their cables to their system box with wires of my other equipment and circuit breaker. They also moved my power circuit breaker and their box to the back wall where it’s difficult for me to get at. When I first discussed my needs and his system with owner Brian and later with his technicians, I told them I was a senior with physical disabilities and needed an easy system to access and use. I have excellent quality, hard wired Ring doorbell and security cameras on house exterior. When he was trying to sell me on the superiority of his systems, Brian told me that if I added any more Ring cameras, the Ring quality would significantly degrade. I trusted him and his techs to do things right and keep my breaker and their box to the front in the room where I could get at them if necessary. They never asked me to look at the connections to their box and my circuit breaker when they completed their work and I mistakenly trusted them to take into account my disabilities. Foolish me. Now Brian refuses to send a tech to correct this issue unless I pay $150. I already paid him $$1800 for parts and installation of his system. And it doesn’t have offsite backup like my Ring system does.Brian kept repeating over and over that it was my fault that his equipment wasn’t positioned to meet my needs and that he was not going to absorb the cost of sending his tech to fix it.

Very happy with Brian and the crew. All the techs are super cool friendly , and professional. Blackhawk installed several cameras and a DVR for my home, the techs were very informative about how to place my cameras so I would get 0 COVERAGE at my home. I had a small issue with one of the cameras and Blackhawk responded very quickly. I have now put in an order for 2 more cameras. HIGHLY recommend Blackhawk

Another immaculate performance by Blackhawk. Relocating a surveillance system for me which they installed prior at a different location. I called this team for a residential doorbell installation and this team came out literally the next morning. The team worked together to find a solution on how the wiring of the doorbell installation would be wired and they immediately got to work. They didn’t cause any problems, they made me feel comfortable that they were able to do the job. In the end everything came out neat, they worked quietly and efficiently. I would definitely use them for future residential tech installations. Great work guys
