Selective Remodeling 3 weeks agoWhat a wonderful and excellent experience I have received with Jog Agate and Samantha at Selective Remodeling. From the moment we entered the showroom we were given the red carpet treatment. Mom and I felt as if we were going to the Oscars, we certainly received the red carpet treatment. We learned so much as to how certain remodeling jobs are to be done the correct way and not through cutting corners. Joe Agate and his staff are meticulous from the moment materials and design are chosen for any remodeling job. We had new gutter system installed and Joe was present with his crew who did an excellent job. Materials all delivered on time, inspected before hand for any damages and/or imperfections. This job was done excellently with passion for the craft of remodeling, installation, and design. Joe’s crew cleaned up everything we didn’t have to do a thing. It simply was easy sailing from the moment we spoke to Samantha to meet with Joe to the finalization of the job. We will be using Selective Remodeling for all of our remodeling jobs they truly are a company of excellence, honesty, compassion, and hard work as are the craftsmen they choose to do each specific job whether it be gutters, a kitchen, a bathroom, molding, basement, dormers, windows, electrical, masonry, you name it Selective Remodeling does with pride, dedication, and excellence. Kudos to this company Joe Agate, Samantha, and the whole crew. What a pleasure it has been.

Sangirardi Contracting, LLC 6 years agoWe hired some phony contractor who didnt even insulate our walls. A few months later the draft through our kitchen was unbearable so we decided to have Sangirardi contracting come in. Joe, the owner went over everything that was previously done incorrectly and went step by step through the process of what needed to be done. Afterwards we hired him to do our kitchen and it came our excellent. I recommend Sangirardi Contracting because he is patient and explains what needs to be done and works efficiently.

Pino Contracting, inc. a month agoJoe Pinot of Pino Contracting has exceeded our expectations! We’ve recently had our kitchen newly renovated and Joe has shown professionalism every step of the way. He is extremely reliable. Contrary to complaints I’ve heard from others about their contractors we have had a great experience. Joe and his crew have shown up promptly to every single job and we never had to question the quality of work. When anything has to be subbed out, he is on site and checking in. He is also very knowledgeable in design and shared his opinions based on past experiences. We will be hiring him to come back for more renovations in a few months. If you take the time reach out to him you will see how things should be done.
