My family have been using S.E.M. for over 6 years and are very happy with their service! We never had any problems until last week (which turned out to be my misunderstanding of the latency associated with one of their features). Louis came out the very next day we reported the issue. He was friendly, patient and explained how to use the system correctly. We highly recommend their service!

Had cameras installed in my home by the technician Lou. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. He set the cameras up for me on my phone and showed me how to view them. He showed up right on time for his appointment and followed up the next day to make sure everything was working well.

Not great. Left us for a month with less security than we had prior to engaging them. They apologized and then never followed up on my requests about next steps. A lot of talk and little sense of action is the game here. I was completely upfront about my needs here before engaging them. So this should not be a surprise. I also didnt like how it seemed that their personal lives were more important than their customers.
