I had the worst experience with three security officers employed by this company while shopping at the North Premium Outlets today. My husband and I arrived to Parking Garage A at approx. 11:58am and parked in a legal and designated parking spot on level 2. We walked back to our car at approx. 4:00pm and noticed our vehicle was no longer in the space we had left it. We searched the parking garage for 45 minutes in 108 degree weather to ensure we didn’t forget where we had parked and it was no where to be found. I had the key with me and locked the car when we left. We finally decided to call the security number listed on the parking garage walls. We spoke to security officer D. Castro and he said he would meet us on level 2 to assist us. When security officer D. Castro arrived he mentioned no vehicles had been towed today, but a vehicle of the same make and model with California plates was supposed to be towed yesterday 6/27. Our vehicle has Arizona plates. He recommended we report our vehicle stolen since it could not be found in the garage. We then made an attempt to report it stolen with LVMPD, when Security Director S. Garza asked my husband to go with him to the guest services office before finalizing the report. He told my husband that our vehicle had been mistakenly towed and was located at a tow lot 20 minutes away and that the tow company refused to bring our vehicle back and that he would not and could not arrange a ride for us to get to our vehicle or compensate us in any way for this mistake. We were also given the wrong address to the tow lot by Director Garza, which added on to this frustrating incident. Director Garza was unwilling to provide information as to who was responsible for signing off on our vehicle, (the wrong vehicle!!) being towed and claimed no knowledge. We eventually received a copy of the tow paperwork which indicated that security officer Castro was the official that released our vehicle to the tow company. The same officer that had told us at approx. 4:45pm that no vehicles had been towed was the same security officer that signed the tow paperwork at 1:15pm. After reviewing the information we had been given and experienced, I attempted to speak to a Supervisor of the Outlets security department to discuss this gross display of security, honesty and ethics. I came in contact with Supervisor De La Cruz and explained the situation to him and rather than apologize or inquire about the integrity of the security officers and security director, he dismissed me and failed to take any responsibility for the situation. My husband and I are both federal law enforcement officers and veterans and were greatly disturbed by the lack of integrity, service, and security these individuals portrayed. Nothing more disheartening than seeing these men wear uniforms that represent safety and public trust. We had dinner plans and tickets to a show that we were unable to attend due to the extensive time it took to get our car back. The lack of attention to detail from the Outlets security team not only inconvenienced us but family members as well. It appears as if my family and I were the only ones that suffered consequences for someone else’s mistake.

Tonight, I went to go get my mail. I could hear 2 people screaming at the top of their lungs. It was 2 people whom worked with Allied Consulting & Security Services. These 2 people are talking and screaming at the top of their lungs. They are blocking the sidewalk. Leaving me no choice but to squeeze between them. As I am in direct ear level the guy uses that moment to scream in my ear. I said, that was loud. Because I am suffering from an ear infection badly. The woman turns around and said that I was rude. I am still trying to figure out that insane point. I said y’all are blocking the sidewalk and I have an ear infection. I am not trying to be rude. I ask them are y’all supposed to patrol the ground or something. I am being nice. But they said that their job duty is to stand their the entire night. Then they started screaming at me. In which I did not feel safe. Because if they are not supposed to do anything but stand in front of their car, screaming at the top of their lungs at 11pm. While the apartment complex is trying to get to sleep for work. Maybe they are fake security and only here to rob the complex. I called the cooperation and he said that they are indeed supposed to patrol the complex and look for people who have not supposed to be here. After I told him what they were doing he back tracked and claim lies. I have been robbed at gunpoint here in the complex, someone broke my doorknob trying to rob me. The only security is two lazy people doing nothing and screaming at the top of their lungs. People need to know that if you are assault, robbed or anything in that nature you have the right to sue Allied Consulting & Security Services because the lazy security refuse to do their job allowing you to get robbed and assault

By far the WORST company ive ever had the displeasure of working for. They do not care about their employees despite their slogan being “always there for you” my managers Lisa and Nicole were talking negatively and gossiping about me to the other employees while also allowing another coworker to harass me day in and day out, then they laid me off when I spoke up about it and when I filed unemployment they told them I REFUSED to work causing me to have to pay everything back to unemployment! The executives in the corporate office are so out of touch with their guards and it’s ridiculous they show no compassion or empathy towards their employees and they pay you CHUMP CHANGE for a whole lot of work with absolutely NO FORMAL TRAINING….at the end of the day they expect you do kill yourself working for them for little to nothing and if you have anything to say about it they mess up your schedule or in my case lay you off. Dont work for this company and if they offer you a job….RUN!

Wow, I was really excited about working for this company, but they didn’t even give me a chance. I Can’t believe it. They offered me a job three times, but nothing ever happened. I don’t know if I was overqualified or if they’re just short-staffed. It’s been since January, and I still don’t have a hire date or orientation. Whenever I asked for a follow-up, they would give me excuses like they’re getting close or someone else is working on my hiring. The last time I tried to talk them was in April, four months and still no follow up! How many times do they need to interview me? And then I found out that the person handling my paperwork got let go. If I hadn’t asked, I would’ve never known. It’s frustrating, especially when I have a clean background. They’re wasting my time and giving me false hope. I think this company is unorganized and unprofessional. Be careful if you’re considering working with them long term.

If you want to be treated as a number, go ahead and work there. They may say they have your back, but that’s very different from how they treat you. I was an Account Manager for a very large account and didn’t have any support whatsoever. They will leave you out to dry and will not do what it takes to retain you. I had the Sunrise Hospital account and they sided with the client and allowed Mr. Joe Rodriguez (Security Director) to walk all over you. Don’t work for this company!!!
