3 years agoFull disclosure, I am an employee not a client. The core value and beliefs the Ralf(owner) has are what drew me to the company. His dedication to his employees and commitment to there growth has given me opportunities that would have never been possible if I had stayed with the corporate overlords. I made the jump at the very beginning of the Covid-19 quarantine, and was questioning my decision. Ralf assured me that there were no worries and I believed him. Now four months later and he has not had any layoffs nor furloughs. He continues to surprise me every day and I am glad to work for him. Any boss that treats his employees this way is sure to have the same attitude towards his customers.
