This was the worst experience your better off getting no condictions bail I was on ankle for over a year until my charges were dropped and my money was not refunded or returned not to mention overcharging my account as well as charging my account a day early so failure to pay and a double payment to start off with over $5000 total and last but not least the female miserable lady who doesn’t have a supervisor pure “runt” with a c

Had to be put on Alcohol Breath Analyzer, and they were very friendly, fast, and efficient! I was in n out in 15 mins, they explained everything very thoroughly, and walked me thru it, it was a positive experience for a negative situation!

Staff are friendly and straight forward about what to expect. I work a LOT and they were able to find a way that works with my schedule and meet my terms of probation with the SCRAM bracelet. I still have some time to go but so far everything is perfect. Thanks everyone and a special shout-out to Andy for helping work with my insane schedule.

Man who installed my equipment “forgot” to tell billing i wanted to be on a payment plan. It’s a good thing i was watching for the charge that never came because i would have unknowingly never made a payment and had a warrant out for my arrest!!

The guy went out of his way to help hook the scram up the day of my install date. Cutting it off was the best things, since it was so sore on my ankle. Wish they prepaid for shipping, unless you have have to drop off at the justice center, in Mankato somewhere on the property
