This company has serious issues with corruption. Despite a convicted felon being denied a guard card due to a violent background check, they still chose to employ this individual. It is deeply concerning that the company prioritizes their bottom line over the safety and well-being of their employees and those they are meant to protect. Nola Protection needs to take a closer look at their vetting process and ensure that they thoroughly screen and evaluate the individuals they hire. The negligence displayed by Nola Protection put a female guard in harm’s way, when the incident could have been completely avoided by simply not hiring this individual and treating his presence on the site as trespassing. This is a clear indication of their lack of concern for the safety and security of their employees. Furthermore, it is alarming to discover that not all supervisors within the company document incidents as they are legally required to do. This lack of accountability allows for corruption to be swept under the rug, especially when male guards are involved. This creates a toxic environment where misconduct and wrongdoing can go unnoticed and unaddressed. It is imperative that Nola Protection takes immediate action to address these issues and establish a culture of transparency, accountability, and employee safety. This company must prioritize the well-being of their employees and ensure that incidents are properly documented and addressed, regardless of the gender of the individuals involved. It’s time for Nola Protection to clean up their act and restore trust in their organization.

They employ people who have no business being any kind of officers and condone sleeping with subordinates and playing a role in children passing. Despicable. Would not hire.

I have used NOLA Protection Group for my security needs for over a decade. They continually set a higher standard of service each and every time. Also, they have a wide range of security equipment for rent or sale, from handheld detection devices to cloud based mobile camera systems. Best guard (and equipment) service in the South!

Very unorganized and unreliable. Dispatch send guards to places and lie about the details of the post because they don’t want you to decline it no regards for anybody safety. The supervisors are rude and always on a power trip. They would have you going weeks without work and no update on when work will pick back up.

They don’t show up on time and they leave when ever they want to. They even leave after an hour. You are further off hire N.O.P.D.

Unorganized don’t have good communication …Would know when they’re not getting contracts for guards to work ,BUT would not let the guards know ahead of time that’s their isn’t going to be work !!! Which puts us in a whole with our bills etc …
