Rafael is highly recommended he did the job in two days but took his time only eight cameras but he knew what he was doing. He answered my phone call right away and had time to visit the property within 30 mins. He has all the equipment and he’s nice not rude nice tone pretty affordable prices more affordable than the other guys in the area southside Chicago. Outstanding service. Thank you will recommend

Been doing business with Video-Comm for years. I supervise multiple restaurants in the area, and Rafael and Isaac and their team are great. They did work at all my locations and I highly recommend their services. Very professional, on time, quick quote, they clean up after their install and make sure they answer all questions. If something is not right, they correct Asap. Its hard to find quality people wanting to do a good job, but this company is that.

I spoke with Rafael to get a quote for apartment building. I was planning on visiting the office but Rafael informed me that they only go by appointments. I recommend contacting the company for meet ups. We schedule an appointment at their location where a team member meet with me and showed me the different options they had. I’m very happy with my cameras and plan on using for future properties

After searching the web and running down friends of friends that knew a guy or used another service, Rafaels prompt reply to my email and timely arrival for an estimate was refreshing.
