We switched to Direct Alarm about 3 years ago. They caught all the loopholes that were open by the company we left. Now we are totally protected. They installed all the latest products so we are connected no matter where we are. I wouldn’t switch from Direct Alarm if if the service was free.

I have been with Direct alarm for many years and recently had them put a video security system in my office and home Danny was great at explaining and setting everything up. I like this company!!

The company is awful. Customer support is lacking, and they have a minimum $85 fee to send a tech out no matter what the issue is.

As with the customer below, I have been a loyal customer for years. I have had some issues with an old system and could not even get them to call me back. Eventually after many attempts I spoke with David Dunson the “COO”. He promised they would get back to me to quote a new system and they still have not returned my calls (multiple). Bottom line, if you want frustration and disappointment in your life the call Direct Alarm. They truly suck at customer service.

I’m in process of replacing my patio doors, which are armed. I called Direct Alarms multiple times over the course of 3 weeks to get an estimate of the cost to re-arm the new doors. I am still waiting to get a call back. I have been a loyal customer of Direct Alarms for many years and have never been treated like this to where I can’t get a call back but yet on their web page it states, “Direct Alarm provides the highest level of customer service because we appreciate our customers. It is our pleasure to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and services. Our customers enjoy our friendly people, great products and excellent service.” Fact check: I personally find this statement untrue.
