I live at the falls of inverrary. centurion security group Is already a horrible replacement company that took over. But to make matters worse worthington security is the company providing camera services for the property. Since January 16 management has been trying to reach someone to review the cameras because a breach of security took place on the premises and the needed proof only can come from the cameras. It’s now February 13, 2023 and still no answer from multiple calls and voicemails sent. Now it’s almost a full month and should no response to management has happen before footage is lost in reference of 1-16-23 incident. Do better

We used another security camera company for the original installation. Unfortunately, they were not a very good choice. Constant malfunctions causing camera failures, etc. Quite frankly, the system never worked to the level we were promised. The more issues we had, the longer the response from them. Finally, we decided to try another company. The company we selected was Worthington. Their technician Silvestre started by doing a complete diagnostic on the system which many, many issues were discovered. Unlike the previous company, Silvestre corrected every issue. We have since upgraded our cameras based on Worthington’s recommendations and our previous more defunct than useful security camera system is working perfectly. If we were to give ten stars for Worthington’s professionalism and the results from their efforts that would not be enough to show our community’s gratitude. The company has a great showroom. They offer in-person training in their office showroom located in Pompano Beach.
