Found them on Google while searching for security camera installers. Called to have a new system installed and was told I would need to buy cameras from them or they wouldn’t install them.

Phenomenal. There are not enough adjectives to describe HD. They installed a system for me Feb 1, 2020. 6 cameras and DVR. It was a 4K system which if you have not seen the picture you must. The installation was flawless. However, there was a software glitch from the manufacturer. Roger Dipardi vigorously involved himself with the manufacturer and the entire software application was eventually updated. Today, (5/11/2020)the techs came and everything was updated and is now perfect. Sometimes, by no fault of anyone ( take Covid 19) things happen. In this case the manufacturer had an issue. Not HD. When I got this system Roger told me they stand behind what they do. It’s one thing to say it and another thing to deliver. It’s good to know that there really is a company that stands behind what they do. HD does. Anyone can sell you something. But will it be a proper install? Will they be there without charging you and fix the issue? I can say HD does. Great company! Thx Roger. Thx HD.

Andy just finished setting up a new camera system at our hotel. He helped with remote connection, so we can see what is going on right from our phone. They installed 16 cameras for a great price. Andy was professional throughout the entire process, and did a great job.
