We recently moved to a new warehouse, and the landlord suggested to install an alarm system with cameras. I contacted Greg from Smart Home Security & Control and they did an amazing job installing the alarm system with a couple of high definition security cameras. We have video surveillance in the warehouse area and the front reception of the building. The system works great with a touchscreen control pad and the app on my phone. I can arm or disarm the alarm from my home and I can see what is happening in real time with the live view on my cell phone. Greg and his team did an incredible job, I highly recommend them!

I had existing camera system installed 3 years ago after trying to contact the company that installed several times. I found Smart Home Security they came out and gave me a quote within hours. They came over and installed the additional items I want within 4hrs. Once installed the company that had installed this system contacted me to come bid the work. Any who I glad I didn’t wait and went with Smart Home Security Control!

I needed to install a 16 camera security system at our 18 unit, 3 story condominium complex. I had bid the project out to 8 installers. After a long vendor review process, I ended up selecting to work with Greg at Smart Home Security Control. It was a great decision on my part! Initially, it took me and the rest of the HOA Board many months to review, make design decisions, iterations, hold our discussions and approve funding for the project. During this time, some vendors got impatient and naggy; some stopped replying as I reached out letting them know the project delays. Greg on the other hand, would check in with me every month or so, and never used any pressure. He was very professional and remained willing and interested in the project while we got our issues resolved on the HOA’s end. His quote was also very thorough and competitive (it wasn’t the lowest I received, but it was very reasonable given some other numbers thrown at me), and I really liked the equipment options and specs he communicated to me. When it came time to install, his installers led by Carl were top notch! Punctual, honest, great communicators, and excellent craftsmen. They had to work for a number of days to cover the vast spans of the condo complex – running and installing conduits, and taping existing unused infrastructure, as well as routing and hiding wires within and through walls. Every day they left the area tidy, and checked in with me which was great. After project completion, I had a tutorial from Carl of the system capabilities and a fully set up and functioning camera system (16 channel, 4K, NVR/DVR, with continuous loop recording, and wifi enabled smart phone app for quick viewing/recording) The system looks and operates at my high expectations, and I’m really thrilled with the experience I had. I highly recommend these guys for their pricing, professionalism, and work product.

Worked initially with Greg to arrange to have our Smart TV wall mounted. Greg was quick to provide days & times that worked for my wife & I who both work full-time. Carl was the installer who came to do the work. He was professional & very capable. He was careful to wear booties on his shoes since we had a new carpet installed. He laid all his tools on a blanket once again being sensitive to the new carpet. He was extremely detailed with measurements & did a 1st class job. My wife and are were so satisfied with his personality and his quality workmanship. Suffice it to say we highly recommend Smart Home Security! Patrick O.

Not only has there been expert attention given to all aspects of security involving my property, the personnel has been polite, punctual, thorough and highly professional. They take great care and patience in explaining the technology. The costs has been quite reasonable and the followup has been superb. I will use them again and will recommend them to others.

I needed someone to install two ceiling speakers and troubleshoot the wiring I attempted to do myself. Carl came on time, even called ahead of time, and was very friendly and efficient. It was nice to have someone do the work and not try to upsell. I would absolutely call them again.
