4 years agoExtremely hard to get anything done with them as they seem to drag their feet for service appointments. Also the office staff need to take a course in customer service. Worst experience in dealing with a security company.

8 years agoSales is very knowledgeable about all types of security systems, they personalize for the customer in order to give them a better deal on what they can afford. Technicians were great with a fast and friendly install and Service calls can get to you with in a week unlike the others i have tried.
