I usually never leave reviews but we received GREAT customer service from Scott and Fred!! They made this whole experience easy and pleasant. They answered every question I had and explained everything to me. They installed everything in a fast and timely manner. They also made sure to clean up any mess that was left after the installation which no one ever does. I recommended them 1000x, I look forward to using their services again soon!! I have attached photos below of the great work. Thanks Scott and Fred for the AMAZING and FAST work!

Thank you Safe and Sound for employees like Scott Reid! Knowledge, kind, attentive and very understanding of our needs with our security camera. He exceeded our expectations. He not only fixed the issues with the camera, but assisted with downloading the apps on our phones and making sure that each one was running smoothly.
