⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pete and the crew over at First Call are absolute gems when it comes to security solutions. Seriously, if you need top-notch protection for your home, business, or like us, your HOA, they’re the ones you want to call. Our journey with them started when our HOA needed security cameras installed at our main gate. Pete swung by right away, checked out the area, and had a plan ready for us in no time. The team worked like lightning to set everything up, and let me tell you, it’s like having Fort Knox guarding our entrance now. We’ve got all the angles covered with cameras, license plate readers—you name it. This technology isn’t just great looking, it’s effective. Thanks to Pete and team’s incredible work, we were able recently to identify intruders in our pool that caused damage. The coverage of the cameras, the seamlessness of the technology, and the precision of the license plate readers have put us in a position to recover over $2000 in damages. Our police report was extremely thorough, something we could never have done without the work of Pete and his team at First Call. And it doesn’t stop there. We’ve decided to expand our partnership with Pete and his crew to overhaul our access control system for pedestrian and pool gates. I must compliment the install team, they were excellent! Didn’t bat an eye at my inquiry about having the door sensors black, they took care of painting them and installed it without delay. Super impressed. From my initial consultation regarding our security needs to the seamless installation. I have been nothing but impressed!
