I only give it a one because there is no zero. I read the bogus reviews and purchased this project due to it’s rating. I was duped. i had issues from the start. Could not wait for their 24-48 hour customer support. Therefore I switched over to Cyberduck and it has worked flawlessly. My client who controls multiple Amazon S3 Buckets also could not get this program to work. Within 24 hours I asked for a refund. I have spent a month going back and forth with the command one team and they refuse to give me the refund and there still is no fix. They keep sending me the same generic response. I would understand if there was an issue a week later. The 29.99 isn’t a factor. It is the principle of how they have handled the situation. They told me I should have used he free 15 day trip period first. What’s the point when I asked for a refund within hours of purchase. Lesson learned. Don’t purchase on the bogus reviews. I have deleted from my system and I hope this honest review will prevent someone else from wasting their time and money. Again this has nothing to do with the 29.99. It’s a matter of principle and HORRIBLE customer support.

Really nice and helpful people at the Palm Desert location! Jim Basile was so patient with me over the phone – giving me instructions while being super personable and kind. Sherry in the office was a hoot! She made me laugh and we commiserated on being busy. Give these people a raise!

Command One Security is prompt, knowledgeable and kind. They are the best company to work with. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Recommend Command One Security as your first contact. They will take care of all your needs and concerns. And they are fair and honest. We have been with Command One for 5 years and every contact is positive. I have had service in another area with a different provider and I only wish that area was within Command One’s area of service. Command One gets my highest recommendation.
