Their employee visited my wife’s place of employment today. He was unprofessional and made inappropriate comments to her and her employees inquiring about her personally. It was so uncomfortable my wife went into her office and closed the door until he left the facility.

They have the worst home alarm system in the High Desert. Darrel is a very unprofessional Supervisor. Darrel do not respect the customer expectations to have quality work done in their home. Darrel has minimum standards for himself and his workers.

For all your home security needs Apple Valley Communications is the way to go. The staff there are friendly and it’s a family-owned and operated business. All the staff there are quite friendly, Gabe and Betty are always a pleasure to deal with.

I have used Apple valley Communications for my Apple Valley home and our business in Apple Valley for over 10 years. Gabe has a great team. Dane is one of the managers and he has gone above and beyond for us so many times. Betty in the office has always taken care of us. We love the Cell phone back up for our alarm, the smart app we can turn on or off our alarm from our phone if we are away from the store. The reminders are great when you forget to set it. I just can see doing business with anyone else. Thanks AV Com and the entire team. Admin and Installers. Thank you

Great place, every one should get security system from A.v com.i got one and i love my system, i feel safe , secure, and when i go to bed or work i know apple valley is monitoring my house.thanks A.V com

AVCOM Servives (Monitoring Dept/Answering Servive) back office for Apple Valley Communications.Great company to work for until the fearless leader Sue Cusack passed away far to young. She was an awesome leader and the greatest boss in the world. The two current leaders of the company have big shoes to fill. After 18 years of working for both company’s I don’t think they’ll ever fill them properly by choice. Sue Cusack was a fierce business woman. She was very successful and she took excellent care of her employees in so many ways. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about her. I miss her dearly it was an honor having her as a friend and a boss.
