This company was acquired by another and they didn’t tell anyone, no letter informing or explaining the sale, and they didn’t transfer correct information. It turns out the new company had a completely wrong number for me they had received from Bond’s Alarm, so when my alarm went off this past weekend, they called another number and left a message. When I returned home to see the alarm had gone off but wondered why I hadn’t received a call, this is the only way I found out about the sale of the company AND that my number given them was wrong. Unbelievable!

I have their systems installed and both of my companies. Their Equipment Works fantastic and if an alarm goes off I get an instant phone call and response from the alarm company. service is always top-notch their installer guys are super funny and I enjoy talking to their salesperson. Monthly cost is unbeatable. Thanks Bonds!

Technically… NO STARS!!! These people are SERIOUSLY the stupidest company EVER!!! My grandmother passed away last May. I called them immediately to have them come service her alarm and reset it so we could use it while we lived in her house. They sent a sales guy out, he tried to say she DIDN’T in fact have service, but for $19 a month, he’d b happy to hook it up for us. Thought that was weird… but whatever. We declined. The alarm works thru her phone number and we disconnected it shortly later. So we NEVER used it from May on… Fast forward to Nov, 6 months later… as we r packing to move and going thru stuff, I found her canceled check for a YEAR of service thru them, dated Jan. I called, they said someone had to get back to me, but that they would need the death certificate. Fine. Faxed it. Never heard anything. Now, I am LITERALLY getting bills every week and they r threatening to send my grandmother’s account to collections, for a service that they have VERIFIED has not been used in 9 months, that I have called and canceled MULTIPLE times and they themselves said there wasn’t an account for… I have called a total of 5x now and they still send me this bullshit. I’m about ready to file harassment charges…

I called Bond’s Alarm to have batteries replaced in two smoke detectors or find out why one continued to beep. I was told what they could not do and what it would cost for what they could do. As a senior citizen, I am against the wall. I guess they are only good for monitoring. Meanwhile looking for another company that likes the customer.
