I want to take a moment to state that DT SECURITY-LUBBOCK TX Branch, which I dealt with the phenomenal sales consultant Bryan McGee, who was truly exceptional. Bryan was thorough, explained every little detail including the most important details regarding the total monthly charge, any upfront charges, and the contract terms. There was nothing hidden or left out throughout Bryan’s complete presentation and than the install process was by far an experience like no other. I had a previous system installed at my home and the technician covered any holes from removing the previous equipment. The technician went over everything in detail but made it simple to understand. The best part is that I have Bryan, Chris & Danny who operate the DT SECURITY OFFICES, and the technicians number in the event I have any questions. Bar none, absolutely the best experience protecting my home and I easily have the ability to add devices any time I choose. I would refer anyone & everyone who is looking to protect their homes/loved ones with a company who truly cares about each and every customer they handle along with providing the best customer service available. I have had past experiences with other security providers and the only care they had was making their commissions and once they left, I never heard from them again. DT SECURITY has gone above and beyond and I have faith that they will continue to handle my needs and always be there for me. Thank you Bryan, the technician, and all others who operate the company because it takes a group of people to operate a business as smoothly as DT SECURITY does and I THANK YOU ALL….

I must say I have signed up with Brinks years ago, than went with Vivint which I got swindled, lied to, and ended up getting locked into a 5 year contract with 2 charges I was making, one for the monthly monitoring and one for all this equipment they forced into my package that I never wanted or needed. My total monthly bill for 5 years (60 months) was $125 a month not including taxes. I paid over $7,500 for this equipment and service and was stuck in the contract even though I was lied to and not told about contract length as they said we had NO CONTRACT and that I could cancel at anytime. I than received info in the mail showing that I was enrolled in a finance company who was financing all this equipment that I truly did not need nor did I ask for. DT SECURITY-Lubbock was honest, upfront, stated everything I asked and has always been there for me anytime I needed assistance. I refer everyone who asks me about security or smart home options for their home or business to DT SECURITY. Thank you Chris for your exceptional customer service skills and management. You are a true professional…. Also, the technician, Mark, was unbelievable explaining everything and also doing an amazing install job and clean up once he finished up everything. Thank you DT SECURITY-LUBBOCK….

Salesmen will sell you the sky if you are that gullible. Do not even give Bryan the chance to talk. This guy does not know anything about technology. Stated nest products would have to be installed by their technician. I would appreciate him if he was my coworker, but as a customer he should know I can save some money by installing them myself.

We recently moved to Texas and signed for ADT for the first time. So far the service has been great, customer service is very responsive and punctual. We had a hiccup with our screen pad and door bell. They sent a tech out and fixed the problem the same day at no extra cost. We have been very satisfied with our service and highly recommend!

Great customer service. Chris was easy to work with, was on time and kept me updated with my installation date and time. He has continued to reach out and make sure I am happy with the products and service and has made sure to let me know he is available if I need anything. Very pleased with DT Security!

DT / Chris provided a first rate experience and really helped us get what we wanted. His installer is a master of the trade. Don’t call ADT directly. Call DT.

The tech, Mark, was very pleasant and efficient. He showed up on time, did the installation quickly, made sure I had the information I needed, and moved on. As busy as I am, that was very much appreciated. I also like that I was given local numbers to call if I have any problems. Much better than going through a national call center.
