I first met Mr Zwirn on a complex home security concern arising from a conflict and personal threat to my safety from the work i do. He was able to successfully create a safety and security plan with amazing ideas for my personal security that never would have otherwise occurred to me without his expertise. Then, he created a home security system for me that made me feel more safe than I have ever felt in my life. The office staff are so professional and Mr. Zwirn himself has an encyclopedic knowledge that can only be understood if experienced. I truly could not recommend him more highly.

We have been using Intruder Detection Systems for our home and businesses for several years now and their expertise and attention to detail is second to none! Their response time to service when needed is top notch as they always return our calls and emails very quickly. We recently needed alarm system certificates for our insurance providers and had them emailed to us within minutes. Both the office and installation/service staff are friendly and on top of their game when it comes to anything we have questions about. After dealing with the big box names in security for years we finally found the company who really cares and knows what they’re talking about when it comes to our security needs. Since we finally switched to Intruder Detection Systems we’ve been telling all of our friends, family and business associates about our positive experience and look forward to many more years of being a valued customer.

I have been using alarm systems for over forty years. Intruder Detection Systems, is the most professional company in the tri-state area. Jeff Zwirn, IDS founder, designed a state of the art system to fit my needs. The installation by his gifted technicians went smoothly and everything was tested multiple times to insure the system was fully operational. It’s been a year and a half, I’m very happy that IDS protects my home and office.

If you are looking for personalized service in an alarm installation for your home, IDS is the way to go. They came to my home and assessed all the security vulnerabilities unique to my home and designed a system to specifically address them. I have had the system operational for a year and whenever an issue arises ( power failure, error messages, etc) they respond immediately and the problem is addressed promptly. I have never felt more secure especially since there have been numerous security issues in my town recently.
