Coastline Security and Fire Protection is an upstanding company. I have been a customer for 29 years. They installed my system upon the building of my house. Anytime I call with questions, or concerns I am treated with respect and my concerns etc. are handled. They even assisted me when I needed to make some changes while I was on vacation, and when I upgraded my system a few years ago. If you are looking for the services of a security and fire alarm company, you want COASTLINE SECURITY and FIRE PROTECTION !! Jackie D

I recently moved to Carriere, MS and my home had an alarm that was installed but we did not have the code or any information on the system at all. We called Coastline and they came out right away and reprogrammed the system and also turned on the chimes to keep our kids safe. We also recently had break-ins in the neighborhood and Coastline is installing security cameras for us as well. Great company, easy to work with, and dependable. Sandi and Raymond truly care about the safety of their customers.

My husband and I bought a house in Carriere, MS which already had an alarm installed. One of our doors opened very wide before the alarm would go off. We have 3 young children and I was so afraid they would be able to get out the house and we wouldn’t know. With that being said, I found Coastline Security. Upon contact, I spoke to Mrs. Sandi and expressed my concerns. She scheduled a day and time for Mr. Raymond to come out to my house, look at my concerns and give me an estimate. Mr. Raymond was very confident and knowledgeable about what he could do to address my concerns. He was also reasonably priced. Upon his confidence and price, my husband and I decided to hire Coastline Security to do the job. Mr. Raymond scheduled a day to come back out to do the job and show me how to work my alarm system. Our children have set the alarm off several times and the monitoring company that Coastline Security uses have been on top of everything and has also provided great service. The monitoring company even calls when my power is out. Anytime I have a question about my alarm I just contact Coastline Security and they are always willing to help. This is a small company with extremely nice, well-spoken and confident people. I am extremely pleased with the company and the monitoring service. Please note*** I called several Security companies who came out to give me an estimate on my door concerns with the alarm and each company wanted to install an entirely new and very expensive system and they all told me what I wanted couldn’t be done. Well Coastline Security “Mr. Raymond” proved them wrong. He saved me so much money.

Coastline Security is a wonderful company to deal with. When you call they are polite, helpful and are quick to get you answers. Just this week I decided to terminate 2 phone lines that I didn’t think went to anything. Well one of them was the one that the alarm system was monitored by – I called frantic wondering if they could tell me which number I needed to restore. I was told of course, they could come out and tell me which one but then I was offered another solution – to go to cellular monitoring! That same day Ray came to check out our system, informed me he could change us over to cellular and the next day he came back, installed and re-programmed our system! The savings of not having an extra land line will show up quickly! Today, Sandy called me to make sure everything was in working order. So very considerate and polite.

Coastline has exceeded our every expectation with our alarm system. From install to setup to monitoring we have been impressed with their expertise and customer focused service. This truly is a company that cares about its customers. Alarm systems aren’t things people usually comment their love for, but we love ours! Thank you for making us feel safe when we’re home or away! 5 stars because the scale doesn’t have a 10!
