It’s been several weeks now and we are extremely pleased with the product. Quality hardware with high def image. The app on our phones is solid and stable. I would recommend Scott and his company to friends and family. Never thought we would use it as much as we do. Great job Scott!!

Installed cameras and didn’t even finish the job. Promised support after and has ignored multiple calls and attempts to have them help. Made sure to take the old stuff that was somehow better. I recommend you avoid them.

I called to get a quote and accepted the quote, they were there the next day to get us set up with video surveillance. The set up was clean and everything works as it should. They made sure we knew how to work the equipment after the install. Would recommend.

No service after the sale. Very disappointed with the business. No instruction on how to use the system they installed. Text messages and phone calls asking for assistance ignored! Just goes to show you can’t trust family??

Scott sat down and talked to us about our personal needs to see what options we were looking for. He was extremely prompt on the install. He did just what he said he would when he said he would do it. They were very neat- no mess or unsightliness. Oh, and both Scott and his helper Aubrey have a great sense of humor and were actually fun to get to know. Definitely a class act!!
