Just called and found out they got rid of my local contact who I have trusted for over 10 years. I had to call a 1-800 number to be placed on hold for over 14 min and then to get disconnected. These guys have turned into another big company with no local support. Very disappointing.

Something really changed at this place. A few years back it was top notch: staff were amiable, helpful, and actually followed up when they said they would, calls were returned promptly with answers (not excuses), and now it’s not that place anymore. Contract is over soon thankfully.

I can not speak highly enough about this company. From start to finish everyone was very helpful. Dan was great at explaining everything and going way and beyond to help. Omari was great too. Both very very friendly, professional, and helpful. I fully recommend this company to everyone! Thank you guys for such a pleasant experience.

Incredible service and quality installing a complete security system with cameras and replacing ADT. Dan took time to explain all the software and ensured up and running. Installaters did great job on a challenging structure..
