Completely incompetent alarm Company. I haven’t used then in over 5 years and they keep on sending police erroneously to MY home saying I pressed the “panic button.” They told me 6 months ago they fixed the problem only to have the police SWAT me today while I was sleeping. INCOMPETENT! Don’t use them!!!!

I have the misfortune of having moved into a high rise apt bldg with a history of burglaries committed by the maintenance men. After a Sept incident where the maintenance man came inside unauthorized,I reported it to mgmt. Nothing happened. He continues to enter when I leave. Numerous items stolen. I went on line to find an Alarm Security Systems Co and thankfully found Pinnacle. Great customer service. Ray was so professional and knowledgeable. My system is up and running and I feel so much safer. I highly recommend this company. Worth every penny. Looking forward to having closure and catching the maintenance man.

If you are looking for someone you can trust to do a good job then give Rob Ambrose a call for your Security needs.. He helped me over the phone and then I had him come out to the house to repair my DSC unit. He was on time just like he said. He did everything he said he would and more, without trying to rip me off like other security firms out there… Don’t do business with Anchor alarm, Vince Tinnirello as he was the one who originally set up my alarm and put in lock out codes so you cannot do anything to repair your system without the codes which he was not willing to give me.. On my own unit, very bad person.. You will be happy with Rob, great guy..

This was our first time using Pinnacle Security Systems they are outstanding. Very professional from outlining the details of the services to installing the system. We love all the features and pricing is very affordable. I like that we can add new features to upgrade the system anytine. The staff is dedicated to making sure my home is well protected. I plan to use them for our business as well.
