We have been an Omega customer for about 2 Years and although we had to learn the new system Rene and his team have always been patient with us and our learning curve. We are very happy with all the equipment and care provided by Omega! Keep in mind we are not local we are in Texas!

The techs are very educational and patient with teaching the customers on how to use their software, any time there is a problem the staff is on it and quick to action in contacting the customer to get a tech out to fix any issue. the staff is very professional and what they offer is the latest and greatest equipment for security and home automation at the best price. they pride themselves on Top quality installment over quick and bad quality installments, it’s saved money on the long term due to not having to replace or re-install any equipment. 100% have recommended and recommend Omega Security to all my friends and family!

Whenever my alarm goes off, the central station calls me right away. Their response time is very fast. I have never had any issues with Omega Security. The staff is very nice and are very responsive to any questions I’ve had. This company deeply cares for its customers.

After many years is time to part company with this obsolete organization …. They do not understand how the new technology works and keep pushing the blame on third parties that they are using … sadly they refuse to take responsibility and the answer from the owner below is an example of the toxic culture where the blame is pushed towards the customer …the technician showed me the internal system where the cell did not connect to the central station since November and failed on the hour every hour. Such pettiness from this company …Ivette and Sam called me stupid saying that I don’t know how to use the systems little do they know I develop cybersecurity products so I know exactly how those systems work.

I engaged in business with Omega Security as a monitoring system for my alarm in 2014. Omega Security reconfigured their system to 5g network, I lost connection and they never bothered to inform me. I was advised by their central monitoring service they use, that I had lost connection to my home for 6 months. I became aware of the lack of service when I inadvertently triggered the alarm and received no response call from omega and no police. I contacted Omega Security advised them of the issue. I was told I needed to upgrade the system which would cost and addition $200. I also I mmediately requested a credit for the 6 months of service I had not received, they refused. I then requested the account be closed and my request was denied. Omega refuses to acknowledge their negligence in notifying me of the needed upgrade for a properly functioning system. They claim they spoke to someone who lives in my home. If they did, No one recalls and never mentioned anything to me. Nevertheless, Omega security never called me the account holder, nor did they write or email to inform of needed upgrade. Now they refuse to receive the upgraded equipment they installed because it’s used. They also refuse to credit my account for the 6 months of non service for which they were paid. And they refuse to close my account on the bases that they claim I have a balance pending. Buyer beware, read your contact carefully signing a contract with these people will undoubtedly work in their favor and they will prosecute you for what you have agreed. I was once threatened to be sewed for the the amount owed on a 3yr contract when I was only a few months in. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE!!!

It’s great to do biz with Omega Security, they are great, flexible, and always ready to assist when i call. I’ve never had any problems with my service, I highly recommend them for your security needs.
