Would never hire this company again for any reason. Terrible follow up service and no commitment to their customers. Pitiful. After I fired them, I found where they shorted a circuit in my electrical system that could have easily caused a fire if the breaker failed. Just poor service.

Terrible. Call 3 times trying to get a sytem quote. Each time they said they was going to have someone call back. Havent received call back yet.

So I read the reviews on this company after I already hired them to do my house alarm and almost felt like I shouldn’t have hired them. After the service I received I truly don’t understand the terrible reviews. It’s almost as if someone just don’t like someone at this company. I chose this company to handle my home alarm system because they did the company alarms for my employer. They done an excellent job for my employer and the service I received was exceptional. The guys that showed up to my place were super friendly and very polite. Worked hard and got my install done in what I consider to be a great time frame for as busy as they are. Nothing like having peace of mind when I’m away from home. The camera quality is great. The app works as it should. You can zoom and pan around in the field of view of the camera. Super happy with my system. Thank you Mikey and all your guys involved. I highly recommend this company. They stay very busy and it may take longer than some people feel it should but they do what they say. I couldn’t ask for a better company or team to handle my home alarm system. Thanks again for making my family feel safe. A little touch up paint where they removed the old system that was in the house when I bought it and it will be like they were never here. I tried to get them to let me clean up and they insisted on doing it themselves. Call Precision Alarm for all your alarm needs.

Precision Alarm is an excellent company! I have been a customer of their for over 11 years. Even when I moved to another city, I chose to keep their company and have never been disappointed.

They are completely unresponsive to customers. If you call because you have issues and need service, they will say they’ll call you back, but they never will. When you keep calling, they will say they’ll come out on a certain day, but they won’t. Their excuse is they’re always busy. Either they’re seriously understaffed, or else they only care about and provide service to selected customers. A security company should be trustworthy, reliable, and always on top of equipment failures. Precision is none of those things.

We bought a house that has one of Precision’s alarm systems in it. The previous owners didn’t leave us any of the alarm codes, so I called Precision to get someone to come out to reprogram the system. The lady I spoke to said she’d send someone out, I’d just have to pay for a service call since I’m not a customer. I was fine with that. Tech never showed up. So I waited a week, called again. The lady I spoke to this time said she’d have to call me back, and never did. It’s quite obvious that Precision could care less about helping a potential customer. Their lack of responsiveness has guaranteed that I’ll never do business with them.
