This is very sad to say, but please do not call Adobe Home System to fix central vacuum systems, especially older models. I called a technician to come and fix the WEAK SUCTION, which was the main issue. He arrived with a drill and mold spray. Although he fixed the on/off switch button, which was nice, it was not the main issue. He then used a long wire hook to try to remove any blockages, but he only found a small amount of lint/hair. He wasted time calling his supervisor about bringing a snake camera, which would have been very useful, but he was unprepared and did not have one. After 30 minutes of unsuccessfully attempting to fix the problem, he left and charged me $132 for the “hour” he worked. A few minutes later, my father and I used a tool with a long reach and grabbing mechanism to fix the issue within 10 minutes. That is how poorly Adobe Home System conducts their business. I then contacted the manager, Edgar/Ricardo, to request a partial refund or to inform them about my experience. He made excuses about the technicians needing to get to my place, which is fine, but the hour should start when he enters my house. Furthermore, their ‘About Us’ page indicates that, “What defines us (and keeps referrals coming) is our tireless attention to detail, timely communication, and never resting until you are completely and totally satisfied.” I am pleased to say I am dissatisfied lol, It’s just really pathetic that this is how they conduct business. He did not spend an hour working on the main issue. He came unprepared. He wasted time discussing additional options for paying more workers to fix the suction, drilling unnecessary holes, and suggesting I fix the holes myself. How ridiculous.

Used them to purchase and install surround sound. Shortly after the system didn’t work. They never return calls for service.

They have severely antiquated technology. My alarm system 10 years ago was more modern than what they installed in my new build. The only door opening sound they have is a shrill ‘beep beep beep’ that sounds like a low key smoke detector even with their ‘updated’ system (which I didn’t have). They also couldn’t install cameras where I wanted them. However, the employees were pleasant and (as) helpful (as they could be based on their tech). The only reasonable way to access their interface was to use an app. Not ideal for older or less tech savvy consumers. The keypad ‘exists’ and you ‘can’ use it but you must remember numerous codes to make it do anything. They keypad is not touchscreen. It has a 10 digit keypad and no way to easily tell if the system is on or off (other than to use the app). I was highly dissatisfied with their tech. The new company, whom I will decline to name for obvious reasons, got me all the cameras I wanted, they provide high quality ‘2020’s’ tech and charge me the same amount monthly for monitoring. This is a no brainer in my book. Do some research and go with modern tech, not whatever company the home builder is in bed with, so to speak. Their ‘solution’ to my large and aggressive dog being freaked out by the shrill ‘beep beep beep’ was to turn it off altogether. Why then, pray tell, do I want a security system that DOESN’T tell me if a door is opened? Like knowing how many licks it takes to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop, the world may never know.

John came to replace our defective RING doorbell. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and very patient. He went the extra mile and helped us better understand our Alexa device he installed a few months ago so that we know how to use it more effectively. I highly recommend this company, and especially John!

I have used Adobe during the construction for all my AV-tech (Surround Sound components, design and install) in our Home. Recently updated my Cabinet LV lights from 2.7k to 4k with the help of Edgar (design) and Ricardo (installation). Very pleased with the response, fair quote and installation in a timely manner. Highly recommend Adobe for All your home’s Smart needs!
