I’ve been working Security at Doyle Security Services for the past 2 years. My experience at Doyle has many more pros than cons. The pros are being able to work 40 hours, flexible schedules, opportunities to accrue extra hours when available and more. Another highlight, my managers Darryl Brown and Yusef Tuncel always make time to listen and immediately act on the employees behalf and concerns. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the HR staff who has been phenomenal altogether. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to concerns and our discernment for each individual hired. Separately, the cons can be challenging. For instance, the pay with most positions and having consistent coverage on a daily basis. Overall, Doyle Security is an immaculate company to work for.
