I purchased a security camera system from Sergio whom i meet on Facebook Marketplace. The equipment came with a 1 year warranty. I paid a total of about 1100 dollars for everythig due to one of the camera hubs getting broken on my part. I paid Sergio and Private security llc to replace the Hub box and add additional cameras. Things worked fine for a few months then everything disconnected and i could no longer see any images from any of the installed cameras. I Immediately contacted Sergio as to what to do and over the phone i did everything he told me to do, yet the system stil refused to work properly. I asked if he would come out to trouble shoot my system considering i paid him in full and it had been less than a year. Initially he agreed to come out to fix it after he returned to Ga from vacation, so i waited and he never contacted me. I reached out again and again and again very politely i might add and after weeks of trying he again agreed to come out to trouble shoot. However he kept telling me excuse after excuse as to why he could come on the day he agreed to come, after getting pushed back over 5 times i became frustrated with Sergio and threatened to complain to the BBB . or he could take this equipment and return my money because it wasn’t working anymore. He said he could give me 300 dollars back. I said that would be fine but i’d really prefer he just fixed my security system like he agreed to do in the beginning. Well he refused and we went back and fourth for some time. He said he would call the police on me if i continued to contact him. Of course i became irate at this point and left several messages expressing my discontent with him and his services and his treatment of customers. He lied and stated that he had never had a complaint against him since he’s been in business and that i was the only customer who ever complained. But he has other complaints here already at the BBB.I just want what i paid for to work properly. he Refused

Absolutely awful customer service. The owner is extremely rude and not helpful when seeking assistance. I would never ever refer anyone to utilize his services. Remember people will always recall how you treat them when spending their money. I will be sure to discourage all people in my business sector to never use you.
