I had an virtual interview on 5/10/24 at 2:30pm with this company for a mobile security position for weekends. The interview was so unprofessional and they where over 10 minutes late. What was the purpose of doing a virtual interview with the camera off, should have just did a phone interview? They had there camera off the whole virtual interview. I didn’t know who i were conversating with; then proceeded to tell me to cut my camera on so they could see who I was, then ask me to cut the camera back off. Huh, What type of shii was this Gardaworld? I see why yall turnover rates are so high and to think I want to work for a company after this first impression. I’m good.
