The guards are not security guards. They are either people counters, or name checkers. They have have no concept of security, they are basically customer service. Having said that, they even fail at customer service. They are the most robotic, non-human like entities I have ever encountered on this planet. If you want to retain your IQ score and your current level of intellect, hope that you never come in contact with them.

I highly recommend Big Al’s Security Team to anyone who’s planning an event. They are really easy to work with and have an awesome staff that is well prepared and easy to get along with. In addition to using them for our own events, I have encountered Big Al’s staff at many other events around the state. I am always impressed with how friendly and competent they are.

Our company has been using Big Al’s security team for over a year now for our special event security needs. We have been consistently impressed with the quality of staff and the level of service they provide for such reasonable rates. Scheduling is easily coordinated, billing is prompt and clear and customer service is exceptional. We have had a number of different security companies in our venues and Big Al’s staff hands down are the best! I would highly recommend this company to any venue or for any special event needs!

I have been in the event industry in Colorado for 10 years. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for the utmost professional security services. Al and his team not only understand operations for all types of events (most security companies don’t) they also have military, police, and EMT background which allows them to respond to any type of situation and handle it legally to limit their clients exposure. Furthermore, I know I can lean on them to put out just about any type of fire. I have yet to find a team with this type of knowledge and support.
