I manage an apartment complex . I ended up having an emergency situation and I called bravo and within 15 minutes they had scheduled for me to have a guard on site to take care of my needs…. Same night. The customer service was amazing. They made a very stressful situation into something that was so easy. I’d recommend them to anyone needing security!!!!! Thank you so much Bravo
