I worked as a security officer for four years for OSG. I thoroughly enjoyed the work. The lead/supervisors were the main company people I interacted with, and all were professional and actually interacted with a lot of mutual respect. The company was supportive and praised anyone that did good work.

We made the switch to OSG from a large national security provider about a year ago. It’s been a night and day difference. Their management team is incredibly responsive and they stay on top of any requests or concerns that we have. We can always reach someone on OSG’s management team at any time of the day or night. Their security programs are customizable and highly detailed. The security officer turnover rate is low. If you are looking for security provider with world class service, OSG is the best security provider that we have found in the Puget Sound region.

This by far the best security company I worked for this company honestly feels like a mom and pop company, instead of a huge franchise that’s doesn’t care for your needs and treats you like just another number, I have a lot of great things to say about OSG but I will keep it short, if you want to work for a company that has integrity and good morals I highly recommend OSG as your option

Great company to work for hands down. I’ve been with this company for a while and everyone is so nice. If I ever have a problem with anything I just contact a supervisor and it gets taken care of immediately. I will not be leaving this company anytime soon.

Good work environment but the management and scheduling managers suck. Through out my time working for OSG it was very hard to get overtime and get shifts. They specifically keep you below 40 hours so they make sure they don’t have to pay you extra. Also the supervisor Francis Redding continually harasses employees trying to find ways to get them in trouble. I would recommend to keep change the supervisors and the company would be in safe hands.

I absolutely love this company. Everyone that works here has been so supportive, helpful, and so supportive. I have gotten more appreciation from this company (co-workers) than I did working for a company for 13 plus years. If I have any questions or concerns I can reach out to them directly and they have understood my concerns. I feel so lucky that they have welcomed me into their company. They are more like family than anything else. So thank you so very much for everything. I couldn’t be happier with my job. I absolutely love it. I enjoy going to work every day that I do.
