While working at TSN I made some great professional and personal friendships. A company that has its candidates complete a PT test first and firearms test in my book is already steps ahead of the regular “guard mills”. Great leadership along with professional protectors are what make this company amazing. I recalled when my daughter was born and was in the NICU, management called me right away and ensured I had the days off to be with my babygirl. Miss you all!

Most professional place I’ve worked for. A place where I didn’t feel I was just another number or just another body to fill a shift. Everyone gets their hands dirty, I‘ve seen the owner pull out a shift. Decent pay, great accounts and you’re treated like a team of family.

As a retired police officer, and current law enforcement instructor, I have had the privilege of working with TSN. The security operations at TSN are top-notch. From the top down the organization focuses on professionalism and integrity. This is not your typical, run-of-the-mill security detail. TSN holds a high standard in it’s hiring process and ensures that employees are held to that same standard with a management structure similar to a well-organized law enforcement agency. Continuous improvement training and physical evaluations ensure that TSN employees meet the highest standards of private security and personal protection. TSN has a communication system which allows officers to communicate concerns and threats so that other officers and TSN management is aware of the latest safety concerns for each one of their clients. In my experience as a law enforcement officer, this caliber of professional private security is uncommon. TSN provides custom security operations for a wide variety of special details. If you’re looking for high quality, professional, security services, anywhere in the metroplex, Tactical Systems Network is well worth your consideration!

Professional organization committed to meeting any client’s specific needs. Had the opportunity to work for this company for several months as I was transitioning out of the military. They take care of their employees and foster a culture of respect, integrity and professionalism. Would absolutely recommend TSN for anyone needing private security services, or to any qualified individual looking for a job as a security officer.
