Wow is all i can say. This team truly is family and ive felt right at home since day one. The love and support that this company has shown has helped me not only grow as a guard and in this industry but has helped me grow as a man, father, and business owner. I have been employed with Solid Ground Security Solutions for just over a month now and I can say that this place is the best company I have ever worked for. The admin are people you will not find anywhere else and the type of training they provide is unmatched! They have made me feel very welcomed and made me feel like family and thats something very important. Jason and all his team are the best out there and I will recommend anyone to this amazing company. I worked the Southern Skies music festival with this company and wow. I love the company. They are great people that have amazing drive. Ray is a very professional person with a good heart. I have worked for Solid Ground for the last four and half years. Through the company I have gained a bountiful amount of knowledge and experience in the criminal justice field. I started out as a unarmed officer and moved to a armed officer once I turned 21. I then moved into a Supervisor role with Solid Ground and was able to mentor and train new officers as they entered the company. The business is headed in the right direction for the future of security services for all and SGSS will certainly provide the right needs for you and your associates.
