The apparent operations officer, currently watching Aldi’s on the corner of South Main and Thornton stopped me from grocery shopping for bread and milk because I had a “book bag” across my back. I’m a disabled veteran who’s shopped at this Aldi’s before and never been stopped for my bag. The security guard let another man with a “fanny pack” walk straight through to the liquor section. Seems a lil off to me considering the only difference in materials were leather and placement of said bag. Seems to be a competency issue.

Jessica at Aldis Steelyard is amazing, always helpful and happy. We bought some patio stuff for our office today, she went above and beyond to make sure was safely loaded and secured in in the vehicle . Thank you !!

Happy Belated Mother’s Day To All!!!!!! 4/29/2022 I wanted you to know that I’m no longer with T. D. After I received my OPOTA, which they do not pay for, and or reimburse me. They refused to raise my pay… But kept telling me: it was raised! However, they reported to the state of Ohio public safety “that I was armed, and re-fingerprinted me and issued me a new Id from the state of Ohio…. She ignored me asking to go in different department securing buildings. Instead kept me in the customer service contract’s. I did my job very well, despite opposition from others internally and externally. They wanted me to do their jobs and mines as well.. I caught theft & filled out numerous police reports & my investigation reports from each site I was sent. Due to such negligence of some internal company staff not doing their jobs and getting personally involved with customers off the clock. Me basically being a Field Manager: Operating as an Armed Security Officer securing each site sent too!!!! Some employed three those companies that I secured were going with and to Club scene foolishness. Which I do not get involved with. No, I do not get on no personal level- casual kicking it. With customers after work!!!! Since we contract with the owners, and not their payroll staff… They would try to steal cause they felt like it. I arrested some, and made numerous reports, and some went to jail for the shoplifting. I do not get involved with customers, nor the public outside of doing my job. I keep it professional, and dignified with all my dealings…. I would leave weekly, every day from each area: location from my job, and go home:-)

Pathetic Management! Scheduling manager will promise you the moon to get you to work when and where she wants, then throw you away like a used dish rag for little to no reason at all. Very high turnover because they don’t know how to treat their officers and/or some officers being crybabies who don’t want to work but are still expecting a check.

So far I truly love my job my sites and the co workers I’ve met so far. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for me. I have 10 years experience and i truly love working as a security officer. Thanks Kristy for the awesome service and placement

They laid me off when there was others with less seniority than I did. Then they took my deposit. Just to come back in 3 weeks and say they needed me again. No respect for their guards at all, even the good ones.

They stole money from my check even after i tried to set a time to come get my money they kept saying call in later don’t trust these people after 3 weeks of calling back they don’t deserve business if they are just going to steal their employees money.
