The company doesn’t keep track of the hours correctly with employees. I just started working here and notified there hr ahead of time about my direct deposit. When I spoke to the employee in charge of payroll he didn’t seem like he knew anything of the hours I worked in there system. He started to ask me because he wasn’t very knowledgeable. The day of payday I received no funds available after I worked for 2 weeks.

Been working for “alante” for about a month. I’ve worked 5 times in that month. I was told my schedule would be Sunday- Thursday. I worked 4 of those days got paid late with a check instead of the direct deposit you give them. My “site” lost its contract so now I’ve been out of work for two weeks with no one calling me or giving me a new site to work. Probably one of the worst companies in New York do not work here at all. They give you their numbers and never answer any of your questions.

Worst company ever!! absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. Everyone just gives you the run arounds, no one is even in contact with each other or properly communicating. Dont come here waste of your time

The company is terrible. They hire you, give you a site and then send you home once you arrive for work and say they’re overbooked or you’re not on schedule. The supervisors don’t communicate with each other and that’s why this occur often. I spent money on carfare just for me to lose wages with this company. They make you buy your own uniform pants and only supply you with a shirt. They make you spend money for the job but don’t compensate you for the losses they make you take.

WORST SECURITY COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!! 0 STARS!!!! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!! SUPERVISORS ARE RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL & DISMISSIVE!! EVERY SUPERVISOR ACTS AS IF THEY RUN THE COMPANY!! THEY HATE WOMEN WORKING FOR THEM ESPECIALLY IF THEY CANT GET YOU ON A DATE!! (( THEY WILL HARASS YOU EVERY SHIFT!!!!! )) YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR FULL HOURS & IF THEY SEE THAT YOU DID THEY TRY TO CUT YOUR DAYS!! ON TOP OF THAT YOU WONT GET PAID!! This company would have you working for free make you come in and you wouldn’t even be in the system they dnt offer you OT they rather you get 32 hours instead of 40 payroll depend on the supervisors to get it right which is crazy never give them your personal information it’s just sitting in the office where anybody can pick it up and take it.
