I worked for Harvard twice they let me go twice for unfair situation and never fight back with them. I strongly believe in God ! I never went to labour Department because I know somehow at one point I will get to hear some news about them and sure enough, one of the supervisor that I dealt with his nameVIctor Tossas-Rivera Been taking money from Fire life safety Director and from Security guards asking for $250 to borrow to fix his bathroom he tell everyone the same story he so and respectful person to himself and to his company. that’s even after I left the company he’s calling me to borrow from me and saying that he’s able to pay me my sick days and extra with the $250 that he’s going to borrow. I Asked a lot of people that they still working for the company . he did the same thing to them. Some of them did fall into his trap but he did pay them extra money on the weekly check. I’m so happy for Harvey protection to have this kind of reputation there are so quick to fire people and judge people, but it’s okay For manager like Victor to steal money from security guards. Note: I was told one of the At Harvard protection He is partner with him, it’s not shocking to me!!!

Harvard Protection Services had a job posting for which I was overqualified. The initial phone call sounded spectacular. Then, came the in person interview. During my interview with a C-suite executive, I asked about the poor reviews of the organization and the workplace culture. He couldn’t provide satisfactory answers and seemed unaware of the issues. (Google, Indeed, etc.) Despite advancing to the next interview round, I was later rejected. This was ultimately for the best, as I wouldn’t want to be part of a toxic work environment. When the C suite is blind to what is happening, there’s definitely problems from the top. Run. Run fast.

I’ve been a seasonal worker at Harvard Maintenance since 2017 I recently came to the office to reply for March seasonal maintenance, I’ve been calling and leaving messages but no one was telling me anything. Since they hired a new receptionist this one didn’t know me but only the old receptionist that used to work there knew me. I was a Recurrent seasonal maintenance worker so in the buildings, I worked in the recruiter would send me to the permitted employees knew me and knew I am an excellent worker and were always happy to see me. Being that they were always unhappy with whatever seasonal worker the recruiter would send because they weren’t either doing the job right or not doing it at all. So when I try every way to talk to someone to start my season no one said anything to me explaining nothing at all so when I went to the office in person to talk to someone still no one explain anything to me but when I left my info and still didn’t get any callbacks I call to speak with maintenance superior and the receptionist claim to speak with maintenance superior and the receptionist claim they weren’t taking seasonal workers when I been asking the receptionist for the past week of March are they still taking vacation replacements for the season and all the time she said yes until I made an appearance at the office in person then after that it was a different story. But still, no one even mentioned they change the name of the company from “Harvard Maintenance” to “Harvard Protection Services”. It’s the lack of professionalism with no explanation.

Office is closed for “remote” (although they are inside) and only one phone number on the door which is secretary who knows nothing, just transferring you to another voicemail
