Ok let me tell my story now 😩. This bumass company had me working all types of different shifts the 4 months I was there never had a consistent schedule and when I did go to a site they moved me to a new site the same night 😭. (I usually did night shifts) . They fired me because of a time mishap that happened when they wanted me to come in at 2 in the morning to START a shift .I told them NO (FOR THE FIRST TIME )I’m not coming in for that . “WHO IN THEY Right mind is traveling NYC at 2 in the morning to start work” I never did a shift that started at 2am that’s insane not only that . They called me a whole 1hr after the shift started asking where I was at ? which is when i knew I was being back doored and no one ever explained to me that it would be 2 in the morning like that . The schedule I was sent that week simply only said *2-10* didn’t specify AM or PM so tell me how tf was I supposed to know they meant 2 in the morning 😭. Anyways one of them dumass dispatchers call me and gave me a shift to work the next morning and when I showed up they told me I wasn’t on the schedule and go to HR and they made it seem like it was entirely my fault I laughed so hard when i was in the office . Anyways Madison is a joke of a company and lucky they not being sued . They not even worth it fr fr tho MWAHHH no bars.

Worst company ever under paid and no real supervisor I was out in one of the worst buildings in east was working with a supervisor that goes buy the name Mr Williams he’s trying to walk in shoes that he can’t feel and has the whole site on egg shells he makes u do all the work while he sites in a office scared to deal with people yet put his name on all the reports to make it seem like he’s doing his job this whole company is a big red flag and wouldn’t advise anyone to work with them it seems as they get all of the sites that the other big company’s doesn’t want no holiday pay no overtime and all the sites are rough and dirty

Working here was terrible , the pay is poor the company is actually losing money and can’t pay they workers decent pay oh and MS halloway needs to be fired she unprofessional and rude and needs to get punched in her mouth

This has to be the worst Company I’ve ever worked for it has Horrible customer service racist supervisors and if you get on there bad side the whole company comes after you…. this is not a work place it’s a gang they play with your schedule they send you across town and leave you there… they take guards at night from building that need 3 guards and have the building still pay for the work the employee did at the other building….they generally don’t care about the guards…..and don’t get me started on the Field supervisors not all of them but some it’s like they’re always high on power they don’t communicate they yell and get aggressive when you don’t have your uniform… btw the uniforms they give the guards are extremely cheap and break easily. you request for a new uniform it take months to a year for you to replace the old one. they use that to write you up and get you outta that site mind you this company does not fire anyone so you can’t file for unemployment ….. they will not send you a schedule so they can say you walked out and left the job overall -5 star never again in a million years they can keep their 16.51 an hour
