The guards at IPS are very rude to other security professionals and like to use intimidation tactics towards customers at Walmart and Target stores. For some unknown reason most of the guards have a serious bad attitude problem and seem to think they are a gift to mankind. They have a bully attitude and want to be Police so bad, but don’t understand that they are not. I would encourage anyone looking for security services not to use this company or there services. From what I’ve experienced, the entire security staff needs to be put in jail where they don’t have to deal with the public and don’t have to have personality or customer service skills. Please don’t hire or use this service and I speak as a former law enforcement officer. I PS is running ads on the radio and TV now. It has been found that the owner of IPS has a criminal record and has a number of bullies working for his company. They have absolutely no respect for the law and are promoting themselves as the next best thing to the real police. It has been that IPS officers have absolutely no respect for seniors or there clients or the general public. At Walmart and Target stores the officers park there vehicles in firelanes in which is a violation of the law. They also block handicap parking and entrances which is also a violation of the law. IPS shows that they no absolutely nothing about conflict resolution. As a retired federal law enforcement officer I wouldn’t recommend them to protect a dog house let alone a business or a private home. Complaints have been filed against this company at the corporate offices of Walmart and Target. I recommend to check out other security services before hiring IPS. They’re not police officers and are not a International company as they say they are. They are more trouble than they are worth. IPS also shows that its a very prejudice company and does much racial profiling. Again I wouldn’t hire them to protect a dog house.

Very rude unprofessional wanna be cops & did not cut it obviously for good reason my brother was a police officer for 13 yrs he passed away . These weirdos that work here are unstable & should not be working !

Very impressive security firm. The best I have seen in my 36 years as a law enforcement professional. Aaron T. Jones and his staff have built an organization they can and should be proud of. I have seen police and sheriff’s offices that are not as well trained, equipped, or professional. Aaron demands excellence from himself and the organization. I highly recommend their services. They are the real deal in a world where sadly they are greatly needed.

Highly improper in public. Do they seriously think they are the law….most are PTSD patients… and discharged from other public officials. Be really interesting in seeing the background checks of the individuals that work there….

Parking in fire lanes and handicapped spaces. Inconsiderate driving. Kitted out in bullet proof vests. Cherry on top is the “In God We Trust” thin blue line decal on their cars. I don’t think there is anything more these bozos can do to look like total clowns.

I was waiting in my vehicle to get prescription at Walgreens at EUBANK/ CENTRAL. Some Creeps approached my car. The IPS officer had been doing his rounds walking around property. They professionally asked them to leave the property keeping me from having to take matters Into my own hands. I feel safe keeping my Walgreens pharmacy thanks to IPS keeping us safe!
