Just a resident here, and Sharing my Review for The Security at The Estates off Jones St in Spring Valley I believe his name was Officer Ralph is the security we needed here the ones in the pass were extremely lazy but not this one I constantly see them patrolling and making sure we are safe . Would definitely recommend!!!! Hope they keep this company longer .!!!

Weak company, weak clients, and very weak pay. If your an experienced guard Do Not Waste Your Time… If you just got your Guard Card and don’t have the experience apply and use it as a stepping stone to something better. There always hiring because they can’t keep people. Extremely high turnover rate. Honestly I could write a book on my entire experience with this company.

As an employee of Weiser Security, I can say this a good company. The supervisors work hard, the setup is simple, and as long as you do your job you’ll be fine. Communication can be better and there’s no future here in this company. At least from my point of view unless you get armed. It doesn’t stand out from other companies I’ve worked for, but the people here are nice and pretty drama-free. I’ve been here for over 3 years and I think I need a change. But if you are looking for consistent work, a steady paycheck, and something to go with your second job (you’ll need another one trust me) you’ll get it here. If you are looking to build a career here I wouldn’t waste my time.

This company is one of the worse ones that you can work for in Vegas! There is no support for you if you ever have a emergency! There is no number for you to call. The pay here is laughable! Expect to make $15 a hr and if you get lucky you’ll make $17 a hr if the permanent people who make $17 a hr call off. You are not reimbursed for gas even though there are multiple sites where you have to use your own vehicle, during the hot summer or winter months. There are no supervisors at this company at all. The owner whoever they are is extremely cheap will not up the pay for guards whatsoever. They have multiple sites that pay $12, $13, and $14 a hr! Waste your time and apply here if you want to don’t say I didn’t try to warn ya!

There is no such thing as progressive discipline at this place. My son was fired after he was called with a number of job deficiencies after having worked there for months with only 1 call off (bereavement). If he had so many issues, why not coach, provide a PIP or a write up prior to termination? Some of the deficiencies alleged are completely false. No support, coaching or understanding. Beware.

I used to work here for 2 years, when I was working here, I loved it, my post was good, my coworkers were good, I were very comfortable coming to work especially when I was pregnant, I didn’t have any problems. They are nice people as long as you do the job, I left because of my own personal reasons but other than that, I would have stayed. I had got employee of the month, with a certificate along with other gaurds, and the branch manager and Marilou had brought pizza and drinks.

Very great company if you come to work they will place you and pay you great only thing I didn’t like is Training was only 8.25 but the manager is very understanding & works with your schedule

I applied with them for a security officer position. Got a call for a written interview (a online fitment test) The first 40 questions out of this 95 question test were good, 100% job related and then after that it got into questions that had ZERO relevance to the job, company, or anything that should be asked or needed. Questions about my childhood and family life. Highly intrusive questions that are meant to disqualify anyone even though it’s been almost 7 years later or even 4 since I turned 18. They couldn’t give me an answer of which answers disqualified me or anything useful information other than I’m disqualified. I’d love to talk to their HR or hiring departments to get this changed because those questions are garbage and ridiculous.
