I have been employed with Gateway Security Service for over 4 years and it is a wonderful place to work. The company is very understanding and accommodating with their employees, especially the owner. His door is always open if you have a concern and he is very quick to resolve it. I am proud to be a part of this company and will continue to be for a long time.

Having been in the military and serving two tours, I would not reccomend this company for employment. Tis company provides no training whatsoever. The company manual is a photocopy booklet like the ones made in gradeschool. The leadership doesn’t NOT tell you how much you will be making. You get assigned for 4 days work but only given 2 shirts, no post instructions, and no point of contact for the post. Badges aren’t issued and you have to pay for everything on your own with no reimbursement. This company makes less than $600,000 a year, but protects millions?how? If you are professionally minded, this is not a conducive work environment. They hire anyone….. Something to think about

I have worked for them a few times in the past and from my experience it has been nothing but good. The owner is the most down to earth individual you will ever come across. Very approachable and professional. Christopher is one of a kind and any time I needed to talk or had an issue his door was always open. One of the best companies that I have had the pleasure of working for and would definitely consider going back.

Worst security company I ever worked for. They do everything they can to pass the cost of doing business off onto the officer. They are wholly dishonest and don’t communicate. Don’t expect much in the way of paychecks.
