I’m assuming communication is a struggle for this company considering I’ve applied several times and continue to get told to apply again and again. I remember applying the first time on Indeed and then getting an email from Stephanie Hannigan stating to go to their website to apply. I did and I received another email literally the same day or next day stating to apply again. So I have been for the past several months now and I continue to get the same generic email to apply again. I called the office and no answer. It’s comical I must admit!

The only Maryland security agency that respects its hard-working employees and quickly discharges those who refuse to follow policies. You will find each of them leaving negative reviews. Pay is far above industry standard at all levels, everyone is treated as a professional and the company itself has tremendous opportunities for growth and advancement.

My name is Officer Benjamin Jones and my journey with Maximum Protective Services so far has really been an outstanding experience. I want to mention first that I appreciate Maximum Protective Services for deciding to hire me as a profesional guard. That’s a decision they did not have to make and for this I am most certainly grateful. Coming through the door Mr. Jarrod Moore instilled in me a sense of awareness, responsibility, and extreme professionalism. There where many things I did not know. Many things that had me intimidated. Mr. Moore was crucial in his ability in helping me overcome any intimidating factions i found myself encountering by instilling and conveying alot of information in a very short period of time. Information that I now find myself carrying throughout my daily life. That is something I am also grateful for. His ability to demonstrate, display, and convey his many years of expertise in the handling of firearms proved to be indispensable, crucial, and invaluable. The knowledge I received in regard to Baton, Handcuff, OC, and Firearm’s which was given absolutely free has been critical in performing my everyday duties.There is only one establishment I can thank for providing that invaluable information and that’s Maximum Protective Services. I believe that the knowledge that I have obtained here will follow me anywhere and everywhere I may decide to go as it’s something I couldn’t possibly forget. As an added bonus for being an employee at Maximum I feel that I have gained a whole new array of colleagues whom I work very closely with and have established very close relationships with my Superiors. They entrust in me to perform my duties with minimal supervision and to maintain my professionalism at all times. So, in retrospect and as a result I always feel that whatever issues, questions, comments, or concerns I may have I can easily take these concerns up the chain of command without any problems or delay. As my issues are always resolved and addressed immediately My immediate Supervisor is always eager to either assist or offer suggestions that I always find to be extremely helpful. In closing I have nothing but good things to say about this company and continue to grow and learn something new every single day that i am here. If your thinking of a protective agency you couldn’t go wrong with Maximum Protective Services. It’s a company that maintains a very high degree of professionalism, responsibility, and obligation not only to its clients but also to its employees.

The people at this company are very rude, and condescending they have a extremely high turnover rate for security guards and they don’t offer Direct Deposit. Myself and 5 other people had orientation and we all walked out of the orientation the same time. I would Not recommend this company if you are interested in a security job.

Maximum Protection Security needs to working on with their organization. I have to force to stay four extra hours because my relief didn’t show up time. I have to canceled whatever I supposed to do. This is reason why I don’t like relief.
