Camille Pittman who’s the security guard at the strand located at 5129 Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave N.E. Is extremely messy, she’s nosey , runs her mouth and gossips about the tenants . Gets your name and personal information from the packages that are delivered or the sign in sheet when you have guest and tell other individuals your government name for them to be able to find you on Facebook and message you. A huge violation of privacy and the company she works for has done NOTHING about it. Just ghetto and unprofessional . This company is trash

Worked at their Boston location and regretted it so much they don’t know what they’re doing. I couldn’t worked overtime because they didn’t wanted to pay it. If I worked overtime they would ask me to take a day off😂. This company is a joke they wanted you to call your supervisor and manager lieutenant and Sargent. One day the supervisor asked me to let him know if a coworker smelled just because he had dreadlocks 🙄

(Reviewer name below) I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the overall experience I’ve had as a prospective employee at PChange. Unfortunately, the issues I’ve encountered have persisted without resolution, and seems to be a consistent complaint from reading other reviews prompting me to seek further assistance. Chief Duckit is extremely unprofessional and not only threatened to blow my head off during training but he also dismissed my entire class with nothing but discriminatory reasons on why he wasn’t hiring us… one young lady because she was 24, me because he didn’t like me and the list goes on until everyone was dismissed from the class. Then while we waited outside the class because naturally we thought he was joking HE CALLED THE POLICE ON US AND TOLD THEM WE WERE TRESPASSING. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner. So, in light of the ongoing challenges, I kindly request the contact information for the HR department, including the HR manager’s email and phone number. Additionally, I would appreciate the contact information for the company president or any relevant executive who can address these issues. What a joke! The call center has rude personnel that answer the phone. It seems their rudeness is only beaten out by their lack of any basic knowledge about the company. The company is not completely drug free. That’s the only burning question I was calling about; “if a urinalysis test was a condition of employment”. The answer was “it depends on the job you’re doing at a site”. Whoaaa Nelly!! I think I’d want any Security Officer to be drug free. Just saying.

Only worked there for about a month (August 2023) to be exact And when I tell you that company is Wicked! believe me. If you are a true professional and value your career and “work reputation” you’ll steer clear of Pchange protective services both as an employee and a client. During my time spent there I’ve been lied to, unpaid and wrongful terminated due to favoritism and refusal to address an issue before verbal escalation. To give clear details on the matters at hand: Missing hours that they refuse to pay. So they used my first and only incident, which was a verbal altercation with a coworker in which my supervisors let escalate to terminate me! With no verbal or written warnings, no coaching for my actions to be corrected or anything! just a termination. Even though said “coworker” initiated said verbal altercation, but since said coworker has a longer tenure with the company than me, it was used against me so that they wouldn’t have to pay me knowing that they still owe me. The advertisement of the company is about as professional as it gets. The entire office is “ghetto” from down to the most of the employees, all the way up to the management themselves. The Hyattsville Office in Landover MD. Is not recommended and should be investigated.
