I have worked for companies 17, 15, 5, years . NEVER have I tapped out in three days. I read the reviews . The one that caught my attention was the one that said “ Don’t waste your time.” I thought to myself let me check them out because I can get along with most, and I have worked jobs where if clients went thru a few employees, and they were told “ were sending you our best if you can’t get along with her were dropping you.” The Two ladies in HR. Are absolutely sweet hearts , and are too good to be in a ghetto situation. Amanda is a recruiter she is alright , but would be better if she stayed in her lane, and not get caught up in her friend Capt S mess. They are over worked and unorganized due to the revolving doors of employees. The orientation was great the best I have had in a long time. I peeped somethings out as well as the other new employees. Mr White. ( Chief) appears to be a man that doesn’t like females being in authority.over him especially. 😁 He over rides their decision of those that are not just because he likes to . Heads up. When this company asks for your availability if you put down M- F they will expect you to work it EVEN if they give you a schedule saying your working Mon, Tues, and Wed. If something happens and they need you on Thursday and Friday. They will change your schedule without notice and tell you to work it or find a job somewhere else. This is what Amanda proposed to me. lol I said I quit. Only a poor squirrel has only one hole to go to. This Black owned company ranks with a stereotype white slave owner in my humble opinion .One thing about me I don’t deal with liars, and confusing. This is my experience there for the 3 days that I worked. 🤣. If they drop the Im superior attitude “your beneath me “they will keep more contracts , great employees that will help them keep those contracts.and up their ratings from a 2.7 I wish them well .

Terrible company poor upper management from the chief to the hr department on down no accountability they stick together to prevent from holding each other accountable I was warned and didn’t take heed they lie to make themselves look favorable my recommended the headache and don’t apply really wish there was a negative rating to give overall company and most upper management trash
