If I could give no stars for this company I would. I’m not sure how or why the City of Chicago contracted with this company. This company is a poor representation of a black owned company. They staff the city’s Community Service Center and at all the locations the staff are unprofessional and brainless. They treat people who are homeless, drug users and mentally ill bad. They do not provide quality services.

They only got a one star because that’s the only way that you’re able to leave a review. Don’t work for them it’s because I’ve worked for them recently they never will have a relief for you so you always will be stuck at your post they don’t care about you having something important to do or kids they will threaten you about losing your job. Then most of all mostly every site has a bed bug dilemma spreading around in the mobile cars in the trailers, even in the schools where the immigrants are at and they want tell you they will send you there then you getting bites all on your body then only way you find out because all the coworkers talking about it an telling each other. They can’t keep any workers that’s way they hire so much they will disrespect you. They will make or let people make up false story’s about you a want do anything but try a throw it under the rug then you know the rest. That company don’t work for them its a bad choice find another company not them that pay want even make a difference your check want look like nothing after taxes. An last but not least there’s no benefits an they will work you like a slave. Never answer they phones when you call them about anything. When you come in they will give you a bogus shifts places none of the other workers want to go because it’s to far an has a bad bed bug problem. This is from every one of us that went through hell with this company! If you ever work for them and disregard what every review said you will regret it but you will be next writing a bogus review on them!

Poorly trained employees. I can hardly believe or understand how this company is still licensed to do business in Illinois. Of zero stars or negative stars was an option I definitely would have given lower score

Had an interview with one of the manager and he was intimidated by my experience and my confidence. He didn’t even shake my hand with confidence. Worst interview ever.

I do not recommend this security location at all, not even for interview. I went in for an interview and a skinny African American lady in the main office interviewed me with an additude. While i was actually interviewing the lady yelled at me ,stating in the interview that she knows what their they’re job description was because i was asking about a certain job. I have 7+ year customer service and 8+ plus security. Later I was told she was related to the owner. Wow!! they are so rude. Thank you for the interview.

I am going to be posting this image of your employee who pulled a knife out on me and my baby everywhere until I can to get corporates attention and until he’s fired. Y’all are unprofessional and your workers do not know how to drive nor have driving sense. He cut me off and when I honked he pulled over and pulled this knife on us. In your work car?? Are you serious?
