The worst security service I’ve ever delt with.. Guards fall asleep, smoke on the job, are extremely lazy, always on their phones, have no communication skills, higher ups dont supervise employees. The company was hired for our tenants who rent our property. Over the 2yrs of having them the property had numerous break-ins. Even the security guards had their own vehicles robbed. Each time tge incidents happened, it was either because they were sleeping or not at their posts. Guards efused to even watch the parameters of the property. Only because they didnt want to get up and walk around. They were always poorly trained, unaware of what their duties were while on-site. If they weren’t sleeping they had their heads buried in their cell phones watching youtube. Even with tons of photos, and video of all discrepancies their boss believes otherwise, in fantasy land I guess. I wouldnt hire them to watch paint dry, it might get stolen🤣

They need to hire someone to deal with payroll! The only Company that doesn’t have HR! Having hard time getting our paystubs or atleast approval to access our pay statement online(ADP)…It’s frustrating and stressful when you put in your request and it’s almost 3weeks still waiting for the paystubs!!
