Horrible company. My mom is an elderly disabled woman who had rectal surgery. My brother came to take care of her since she wheelchair bound and recently had surgery. Security for this company refused to let him up to give my mom care and said mom would have to call and give security permission. Mom did so in tears. Security still made mom come down to let my brother up. Mom was in excruciating pain from surgery 2 days prior to this incident and the security was being very nasty. Mom said you don’t have to be a b*****. Security made my brother leave, and looked my my mom in the eyes and said because you called me a b***** I’m not letting him up to help you. She called her own mother to antagonize or harm mom. My brother wasn’t disrespectful towards security AT ALL with the exception of mom’s choice of words (my brother didn’t condone mom choice of words and chastised mom prior to having to leave the building). The elderly should not be refused visitors or help from family. Visitors should not be made to leave if they a rendering help to their loved ones. This is unacceptable.

Company is trash. Owner is trash doesn’t care unless he gets paid I was at a site by myself for 6 months before someone else was put out there with me then they were quickly fired also. Owner fires you through text message and wants boyfriend/girlfriend numbers to get in contact with you even on your off days this is a real bad company

ProTect Security has been a breathe of fresh air on the contract that we partner on. From a Property Management perspective, they are very reliable and consistent with providing quality officers who report to work in proper uniform. Prior to ProTect assuming the contract, there was a high rate of no call-no shows, unprofessional behavior and lack of training by the former security firm. Any concerns are addressed immediately and billing is received timely. I highly recommend ProTect Security based on my experience with them over the approximate past year and a half.
