Working at DGS has been one of the worst experiences in my working career. You are not allowed to go overtime, but due to very high turnover you will be running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to carry out your duties. There was a time where I was scolded like a child for going over 40 hours, despite me being called to assist them days prior. Upper management doesn’t care about what’s happening under them and who’s mistreating who. They fail to communicate obscure security procedures to fellow security staff, and there is an ungodly amount of people here who make immature or inappropriate comments to their peers, about their peers. Disgusting place of employment. The only benefit of working here is that the day-to-day is enjoyably quiet and mundane if you can get the right location.

Worked for this security company for a few months, very unprofessional. There was days I didn’t get a break and even if we told them we didn’t get our breaks our time was fixed to but go into overtime. During the snow days we were promised hotels which were taken away at the last minute leaving me stuck an hour away from home because the roads was bad on my side of town. Worst of all my last check has yet to arrive and they are just giving me the run around with no regards to the bills I have to pay, I was literally told “better call the bill collectors and make an arrangement”. So thanks to there mistakes my life has been off balanced and of course they have no care in the world.

Security guards with Delta Global is inadequate. They are not observant about suspicious activity happening near and around their post. Most of the guards are rude and don’t know how to talk to people or handle situations. Some changes need to be made because the Supervisors are not leaders themselves. SMH!

If you want to wor km here DGS emails you each and every step.Must be customer service skilled + enjoy my position. Delta is a structured strictly enforced place.You have to be mindful the world travels with them and things happen..🙏 each day for employees.

This delta security desk right off virginia ave is a joke! Im a lyft driver. On Friday December the 28th i proceed to drop another lyft customer to there job at delta. It was 7am raining cats and dogs out. i pull up to the cones the female security officer remove the cones and then said rudely are you going to just drive in .Granted she removed the orange cone and its raining so bad . i told her i was with lyft i was dropping a employee off to work . she asks for my clients id badge and she then says something sarcastic . This about the 4th time ive been up there to that security both and those officers are the epitome of rude!! If i get another delta client i will decline the call because i will not be dropping people off to that rude security desk off virginia ave . If they treat employees like that .How do they treat there own passengers who board there flights!!!!
